Ustream footage caputured live. This video is very blurry and choppy but has good audio. In this video there are 2 arrests of art walk participants for chalking on the sidewalk. This video also clearly shows LAPD blocking the sidewalk but not providing any traffic safety support to the people who are forced to use the street to pass. In addition, LAPD officer Salenas puts her baton on the chest of a minor and threatens him.
Ustream footage captured live, starts moments before the third and fourth arrests take place. The fourth arrest is not seen on this video. This video is very blurry and choppy but the audio is good. You can see people walking by on the sidewalks. Also, in this video, the LAPD didn’t fully shut down Spring Street. Sgt Conderas says he is very proud of the LAPD’s enforcement of chalking arrests at Art walk.
